Research and Development: To conduct research and development activities with the participation of our academic staff and students.

Continuous Improvement: By adopting a continuous improvement approach, to develop our quality management system and reach our goals more quickly.
➢ The determined goals are discussed in meetings with external stakeholders, and the achieved and unachieved goals are re-evaluated. Based on the evaluations made, new regulations and goals will be determined if necessary.

➢ Goals are monitored according to the annual plan calendar, and the data obtained are discussed in the department and academic board of our vocational school, and if necessary, new goals are set, and at the beginning of the new term, it is determined how much these goals have been achieved.
